Randall H. Shortridge
Mr. Shortridge is an RTKL design leader who has developed a portfolio of work that is distinguished by its strong contemporary style . An architect with a strong appreciation for enlightened urban design, Randy has focused his career on projects that respond creatively to the challenges of dense urban locales – public transit, affordable housing, the public realm – with special attention to climate and geography, while at the same time embracing a quality-focused,modern design aesthetic. Most recently Randy has been immersed in a number of commercial and residential projects in the reawakening downtown Los Angeles. His portfolio includes assignments in the United States, as well as Japan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Canada and the Bahamas. Mr. Shortridge has been with RTKL for over 17 years.
